Order Adopting Supreme Court Rule 1.16 (February 24, 2011)

On February 24, 2011, the Hawai`i Supreme Court adopted Supreme Court Rule 1.16, allowing limited admission of attorneys employed by non-profit civil legal service providers for a period of two years, with a possible extension of an additional two years, effective on July 1, 2011.
